Equanimity Meditation Retreat
Introduction
Equamimity (Upekkhā) is part of the Divine Abodes meditation (Brahma Vihāra) taught by the Buddha. There are many spiritual and mental benefits of practising Equanimity. This retreat aims to teach the meditation technique as well as various basic meditation improvement knowledge to participants.
Teacher
Bhikkhu Varañāṇo will be the teacher for this retreat. He has conducted many meditation retreats with good reviews. He is also the founder of this website. For more details, see here.
Structure
This meditation retreat is planned as an in-person event and is being offered for free. Registration will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Name
Names can be submitted using English or Chinese characters.
Use an email address that you use frequently and has access to because all correspondences from this retreat will be sent by email.
After submitting your registration, you will receive a verification email. Please check your email account and click on the link provided in the email to verify the authenticity of your email address. After successful verification, another email will be sent to you with the retreat information included.
